For years, I’ve been refining my morning coffee routine, and what started as a simple cup has evolved into a wellness ritual that sets the tone for my entire day. This isn’t about complicated protocols or hard-to-find ingredients—it’s about taking something you already do and making it work harder for you.
Every morning, I blend organic whole milk with turkey tail mushroom powder, chaga mushroom, ashwagandha, and cacao powder until it’s smooth and frothy. I pour this cream into my mug, add hot coffee, and finish with a sprinkle of cinnamon. The result is warm, comforting, and earthy—a drink that tastes as good as it makes me feel.

The Ingredients

The Method
Add your milk and all the powders to a blender (or use a frother like this) and blend until smooth and frothy. Pour this mixture into your mug, then pour your hot coffee over it. Finish with a sprinkle of cinnamon, stir gently, and enjoy.
